Costs before the start of treatment
Contact, transmission and processing of medical prep information
After having established contact with AMADAY, we will discuss shortly but clearly about your medical concerns. We will then identify the partner clinic or hospital which is best prepared to treat your condition or perform the needed screening. AMADAY will then present your medical concern with the associated partners and a rough cost and treatment plan will be drafted.
Your AMADAY contact will then relay the findings and rough treatment plan to you in the Arabic language, allowing you to decide whether you are in agreement with the proposed plan.

Coordination of the medical cost estimates
If you are satisfied with the results of Phase 1 and you wish to have your medical treatment take place in Regensburg, Phase 2 can begin.
Phase 2 entails you sending AMADAY Medical all of the documentation and medical treatment reports, in English, and we will deliver them to the German hospital/clinic.
The hospital will then create a medical report in German and English, indicating the nature of the disease, the planned treatment and the likely duration of treatment. This includes a detailed cost estimate.
These costs are included in the service level AMADAY Basic.
AMADAY Basic - Preparing for your stay in Germany
During the preparation of your medical journey, AMADAY Medical is there to assist you in visa procedures, in the organization of airline and airport transfers and arrange accommodation including hotel reservations for you and your companions.
Thus you can be sure that upon your arrival in Germany everything is prepared for you.

Please choose from one of our 
service levels “Economy,” “Business” or “VIP,” before the closure of your service contract with AMADAY.
