On the day you will start the medical treatment, on the agreed upon date and time, you will be met by the AMADAY-shuttle service, which will bring you directly to your destination clinic or hospital. Here awaits a very comfortable room for you.
Our interpreters will accompany you to support you and the hospital team at your admission to the hospital.
By this stage of your visit to Germany, all of the necessary medical documents will have been prepared, translated, and delivered to the hospital.
At all physician & patient discussions, an interpreter is provided by AMADAY. When desired, a more extensive presence from the AMADAY interpreters can be provided.
You may be accompanied by a family member
In your hospital room is an extra bed registered for a family member, making it possible for a companion to support you in conjunction with the hospital staff.
This is particularly available for patients who desire complete compliance with the regulations of the prophet for handling under the sexes, especially regarding personal hygiene.
Please understand that the accompanying person is not allowed to service the patient, if they require an extended time in the intensive-care unit.

The hospital rooms are equipped with a private bath, Internet, satellite TV and telephone.
Each room has a private bathroom equipped with showers and western toilets. AMADAY has no forgotten that your needs may differ, all that you may need can be arranged.
