Interpreters & Translation

Translation - If desired, "Around the Clock"

Germany is very hospitable. The stay in foreign country, as a patient and tourist, will only really be enjoyable if you and your companions are sure that you are truly being understood and that at anytime you can express your needs fully. Our interpreters are always available to you and your accompanying guests in the Hospital and all other programs, helping ensure your stay here is comfortable and as relaxing as possible.

AMADAY makes sure that our interpreters are available for the duration of your stay, interpreters’ mother tongue is Arabic. Even for our ECONOMY package, interpreter options are available:

• Arabic-speaking interpreters are used by AMADAY staff at; the airport and up to Regensburg, this includes check-in at the hospital or support with other accommodations.
• This also applies to all appointments with the clinic, before and during treatment, all necessary conversations with doctors and nurses.
• You and your companions will receive a one-hour introduction to the local customs and traditions, where we also clarify important institutions of daily life.
• Moreover, it is ensured that at any other time, telephone support in the Arabic language can be made available.

Further interpretation services are included in the higher-AMADAY service levels. As with all AMADAY services, patients can also book further or more intense interpreter assistance, even during the stay in Regensburg after treatment.

Translation of all documents

If patient treatment records and other necessary treatment documents, from your home, are not in English, we take over the task of translation from Arabic to German.

During the treatment in Germany, all subsequently created documents regarding the treatment, and hospital documents are produced English. On request, we can translate these documents into Arabic for you.

Moreover, for your stay in Regensburg sensible or even necessary documents are, available on request of course, also translated.
