Schedule a flight to Germany
Often it is desired, by our customers, to organize their flight to Germany independently from AMADAY.
AMADAY Medical is prepared to service our customers if it should be their wish for us to complete the flight reservations.
Medical Transport Flight
In the event that your mobility is limited and are not able to use a commercial flight line, AMADAY can take over your transportation arrangements, and arrange complete transportation to the hospital in Germany.
Airport transfer to Regensburg
The Arabic-speaking AMADAY shuttle service will pick you and your family up personally, upon your arrival at the German airport. We recommend the airports in Munich (MUC) Nuremberg (NUE) or Frankfurt (FRA).
Upon arrival in Regensburg, AMADAY will ensure you are checked in to the Hotel, making certain that you are well placed and in good health upon arrival.
Depending on the service level booked, you can enjoy further care or relaxation provided by the AMADAY team.
Transfer to the clinic
On the agreed date the AMADAY shuttle service will bring you to the clinic.
Your personal AMADAY adviser will handle your admission to the hospital/clinic as well as guide you through formalities and doctor consultations (
In the hospital).
Chauffeur Service
Throughout your stay, a driver- service, can be made available upon request for you and your family. The service level will determine the availability of up to 24-hour driver-service.
Rental Cars
If necessary, AMADAY can reserve a rental for you or your family, at every conceivable comfort class. If desired, you can also book a guided practical instructional in the German traffic rules/conditions.
Disabled ready Vehicles
In the event that a family member or companion suffers from a physical impairment, available on request, is a disabled-friendly vehicle.
We would be happy to help, even in the case that you have purchased and transport a vehicle from your home country to Germany.
